AI Beyond the Pilot: Turning AI Investment into Measurable Business Value
Turning AI Investment into Measurable Business Value.
AI readiness workshops for leadership teams
A focused, two-hour session that turns "we should be doing something with AI" into a clear plan your leadership team actually agrees on. No vendor agenda. No jargon. Your real problems, untangled in the room.
human + AI = 2 · human × AI = exponential
The gap you're feeling
The directive comes down from the offsite. Licences get bought. Then, quietly, everyone keeps working the way they always did. The value leaks out in the gap between owning the tools and actually using them. That gap is expensive, and it's where we work.
Copilot and Claude seats sit unused. The spend is real. The behaviour change never happened.
The board wants AI. Nobody has handed your teams a concrete, prioritised way to start.
Everyone is selling you a tool. Almost no one is helping you decide what you actually need.
What you're booking
A focused, two-hour working session for your leadership team. Not a slide deck at you: a working session with you. Everyone at the table, however technical they are, leaves with the same clear picture.
A short, plain-English read on what AI can and can't do for a business like yours. Enough to make good decisions, none of the hype.
We put your actual problems on the table and map where AI genuinely helps, where it doesn't, and what to leave alone.
You leave with a prioritised view of your next six months. A plan your team built, not one we sold you.
What you leave with
The session is standalone and paid, so our only job is the quality of what you walk out holding. Whether you work with us afterwards or not.
Book a working sessionHow the two hours run
Because everyone has done the assessment beforehand, we skip the warm-up and get straight to your business.
A short, plain-English read on the AI landscape, calibrated to your industry. The difference between automation and AI, and the adoption gap that quietly kills most projects.
We put the real friction in your business up front, drawn partly from your assessments, and align each one to what AI can actually do. This is where the room gets honest.
Your team throws real challenges at the room. We solve a few live, so everyone sees what "good" looks like in practice.
We show, not tell: a personal AI assistant handling email and calendar, and a call turned into publishable drafts in seconds. Grounded, not sci-fi.
We close by turning the session into your implementation scorecard and a ranked backlog you can act on the same week. Done by the two-hour mark.
Before we meet
Every attendee completes a ten-minute AI Readiness Assessment at least one week before the session. It's how two hours go so far: we walk in already knowing your team, your tools and the problems worth solving.
Book a working sessionWhat AI actually looks like
The most useful AI is invisible and specific. We anchor each idea in something large, then show the same move at your scale.
Airbus uses AI to predict part failures before they happen, saving millions in downtime.
A three-person quoting team reclaims R15k a month of time by drafting quotes with AI and checking, not typing.
A national retailer turns point-of-sale data into marketing in near real time instead of three-week cycles.
Your ops data becomes a customer message the same day, without waiting on a queue.
Years of expertise, searchable. A firm loads a decade of opinions into AI and answers clients in minutes.
Your top expert's judgement, available to the whole team, without cloning your top expert.
Illustrative examples of common patterns. Your session works on your business, not these.

Why the biggest gap in enterprise AI adoption isn't software licensing, but human alignment and clear leadership direction.
Before you decide
No. The workshop is standalone and paid, and we don't resell software or take vendor commissions. If there's a good reason to work together afterwards we'll say so, but the session stands on its own.
Your exco or leadership team, plus any department heads who own the problems worth solving. Six to ten people is the sweet spot. Everyone leaves with the same picture, regardless of how technical they are.
About ten minutes each. Every attendee completes our AI Readiness Assessment at least one week before, which is how we tailor the whole session to your team and keep it to two focused hours. Beyond that, just come ready to put real problems on the table.
Either. In person is great when your team is in one place; online works well and is easier to schedule across sites. You choose on the booking form.
We work on your problems in the abstract during the session and don't need access to sensitive systems or data to deliver value. Anything more, like a follow-on project, is scoped and covered by a separate agreement.
You keep your scorecard, backlog and roadmap. We hold a short follow-up call, and only put a proposal in front of you if you ask for one.
