AI readiness workshops for leadership teams

AI is technical. Being brilliant at it is human.

A focused, two-hour session that turns "we should be doing something with AI" into a clear plan your leadership team actually agrees on. No vendor agenda. No jargon. Your real problems, untangled in the room.

human + AI = 2 · human × AI = exponential

The gap you're feeling

"Use more AI." Nobody said how.

The directive comes down from the offsite. Licences get bought. Then, quietly, everyone keeps working the way they always did. The value leaks out in the gap between owning the tools and actually using them. That gap is expensive, and it's where we work.

Bought, not adopted

Copilot and Claude seats sit unused. The spend is real. The behaviour change never happened.

Pressure without a plan

The board wants AI. Nobody has handed your teams a concrete, prioritised way to start.

Vendors everywhere

Everyone is selling you a tool. Almost no one is helping you decide what you actually need.

What you're booking

A room, your real problems, and a way through.

A focused, two-hour working session for your leadership team. Not a slide deck at you: a working session with you. Everyone at the table, however technical they are, leaves with the same clear picture.

01  The landscape

A short, plain-English read on what AI can and can't do for a business like yours. Enough to make good decisions, none of the hype.

02  Your business

We put your actual problems on the table and map where AI genuinely helps, where it doesn't, and what to leave alone.

03  The roadmap

You leave with a prioritised view of your next six months. A plan your team built, not one we sold you.

What you leave with

Deliverables, not vibes.

The session is standalone and paid, so our only job is the quality of what you walk out holding. Whether you work with us afterwards or not.

Book a working session
  • × An implementation scorecard. Exactly where you stand on AI readiness, in plain terms your whole exco understands.
  • × A prioritised project backlog. The real opportunities, ranked, with the one to start on first made obvious.
  • × A six-month roadmap. Sequenced, prioritised, and owned by your team.
  • × A shared language. Your leaders finally talking about AI with the same words and the same expectations.
  • × A short follow-up call. And a scoped proposal only if you decide you want one.

How the two hours run

A tight two hours. Framing, then real work.

Because everyone has done the assessment beforehand, we skip the warm-up and get straight to your business.

The lay of the land

A short, plain-English read on the AI landscape, calibrated to your industry. The difference between automation and AI, and the adoption gap that quietly kills most projects.

0:20

Your problems on the table

We put the real friction in your business up front, drawn partly from your assessments, and align each one to what AI can actually do. This is where the room gets honest.

0:55

Live problem-solving

Your team throws real challenges at the room. We solve a few live, so everyone sees what "good" looks like in practice.

1:25

A working demo

We show, not tell: a personal AI assistant handling email and calendar, and a call turned into publishable drafts in seconds. Grounded, not sci-fi.

1:40

Your scorecard and backlog

We close by turning the session into your implementation scorecard and a ranked backlog you can act on the same week. Done by the two-hour mark.

Before we meet

The prep happens before the room, not in it.

Every attendee completes a ten-minute AI Readiness Assessment at least one week before the session. It's how two hours go so far: we walk in already knowing your team, your tools and the problems worth solving.

What AI actually looks like

Big-company thinking, right-sized for you.

The most useful AI is invisible and specific. We anchor each idea in something large, then show the same move at your scale.

The anchor

Predictive maintenance

Airbus uses AI to predict part failures before they happen, saving millions in downtime.

At your scale

Quote in minutes

A three-person quoting team reclaims R15k a month of time by drafting quotes with AI and checking, not typing.

The anchor

Instant merchandising

A national retailer turns point-of-sale data into marketing in near real time instead of three-week cycles.

At your scale

From data to campaign

Your ops data becomes a customer message the same day, without waiting on a queue.

The anchor

Institutional memory

Years of expertise, searchable. A firm loads a decade of opinions into AI and answers clients in minutes.

At your scale

Your best person, on tap

Your top expert's judgement, available to the whole team, without cloning your top expert.

Illustrative examples of common patterns. Your session works on your business, not these.

Is this for us

Built for leadership teams ready to move.

+ A strong fit if

  • You've been told to "do more AI" and want a real plan.
  • You've bought tools and adoption is disappointing.
  • You have ideas but the team is stuck on where to start.
  • You want your exco aligned before you spend more.
  • You'd rather de-risk than be sold to.
  • × Probably not yet if

  • You want someone to just pick a tool and install it.
  • There's no leadership appetite to change how you work.
  • You're after a generic AI 101 lecture for hundreds.
  • You need a vendor to blame, not a partner to think with.
  • What leaders say

    Feedback from the room.

Real feedback from leadership teams who have experienced our working sessions.

    Why us

We're the ones with nothing to sell you in the room.

We don't resell software and we take no vendor commissions. The workshop is standalone and paid, so our incentive is simple: give you the clearest possible view of your next step. We help you augment your people, never replace them.

    Before you decide

The questions leadership teams actually ask.

Is this a sales pitch in disguise?

No. The workshop is standalone and paid, and we don't resell software or take vendor commissions. If there's a good reason to work together afterwards we'll say so, but the session stands on its own.

Who should be in the room?

Your exco or leadership team, plus any department heads who own the problems worth solving. Six to ten people is the sweet spot. Everyone leaves with the same picture, regardless of how technical they are.

How much prep does my team need to do?

About ten minutes each. Every attendee completes our AI Readiness Assessment at least one week before, which is how we tailor the whole session to your team and keep it to two focused hours. Beyond that, just come ready to put real problems on the table.

    Online or in person?

Either. In person is great when your team is in one place; online works well and is easier to schedule across sites. You choose on the booking form.

What about our data and confidentiality?

We work on your problems in the abstract during the session and don't need access to sensitive systems or data to deliver value. Anything more, like a follow-on project, is scoped and covered by a separate agreement.

    What happens after the session?

You keep your scorecard, backlog and roadmap. We hold a short follow-up call, and only put a proposal in front of you if you ask for one.
